Management of green spaces in the city of Romainville through sustainable development

The city of Romainville is committed to sustainable development by applying its principles to the management of green spaces in particular. The objective of this approach is to create social cohesion by encouraging people to use in shared gardens, reintroducing indigenous species into the city and banning chemical plant protection products through the implementation of differentiated management of green spaces. In partnership with various schools and local associations, these objectives were then applied to the various public gardens and orchards in Romainville, through the implementation of activities, composting, and taking action to raise awareness.
This project is one of the nominees for the 28th edition of the Eco Action Trophies, the leading sustainable development competition for local communities, organised by the Les Eco Maires association.
