Body

The Paradis School renovation is set within the framework of the Paris climate strategy (30% reduction in energy consumption and CO2 emissions) and the most extensive energy renovation plan conducted in France. The objective is to renovate 100 schools (which account for 25% of Paris’ real estate) within 2 years.
After completing a thermal diagnosis for each school, a strategy was put in place for optimal thermal comfort while limiting heat loss and renovation costs.
The works were mainly focused on replacing external doors and windows and insulating the frontage and the attic. A digital solution was also implemented for the remote monitoring and control of energy performance.
